Flexiant Cloud Orchestrator allows the licensee and billing entities to customise the UI for branding purposes through the creation of themes. The addition of multiple themes means that a single platform managed by Flexiant Cloud Orchestrator can support multiple companies with different customer bases and branding requirements. Themes can be used to modify the following elements of the UI:

A billing entity can only create a theme if the MBE has shared the theme provider with them.

  • Logos.
  • Colour branding.
  • Fonts.

To change the branding for a billing entity, do one or more of the following as required:

The licensee and billing entities can also customise the following:

  • Internationalisation options, such as language and currency settings. For more information, see Language Management.
  • Resource types that product offers are available for. This provides a means to restrict the types of product offers that customers can buy. For more information, see Managing a Billing Entity.
  • Content of emails sent to customers. For more information, see Managing a Billing Entity.

Furthermore, both the licensee and billing entities can choose to display tabs and widgets with a different name, size, or position, or not at all. For more information about customising tabs and widgets, see the following topics:
