Flexiant Cloud Orchestrator has been designed to be flexible, scalable, and easy to adapt to your business requirements. Above all though Flexiant Cloud Orchestrator is designed to get up and running easily, without needing armies of consultants or developers.

Before installing Flexiant Cloud Orchestrator, please ensure that your hardware and network meets the recommended specification. For more information, see Example Cluster Configurations. It may also be useful to refer to the Before Installation section for information about other decisions that should be made before the software is installed.

Detailed Installation Instructions

This section is designed to take you through the key stages in installing and implementing a cloud platform with Flexiant Cloud Orchestrator for the various hypervisor choices.

This section should provide all the information you need to get up and running.  Once installation and configuration is complete, there is an admin guide and a user guide for ongoing configuration and maintenance.

For developers wishing to integrate with Flexiant Cloud Orchestrator, and to open up their capabilities to all users of Flexiant Cloud Orchestrator, there is also a developer guide available.

You should use the standard install unless you are having installation difficulties or have been advised to use the expert mode by our support team.

After installing the software, you should not modify the operating system environment in any way. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Installing new packages.
  • Adding new users.
  • Modifying the contents of /etc/.
  • Changing the timezone.
  • Changing the locale or charset.
  • Changing the OS version.
  • No labels
