A billing entity can only modify a theme if the MBE has shared the theme provider with them.

To manage a theme:

  1. Show the admin page by clicking the Admin link in the page navigation menu.
     

     
  2. Click on the Platform tab.


     
  3. On the Themes widget, click on the name of the theme you want to manage.

    The Manage theme dialog is displayed.


     
  4. Do one or more of the following:

    ToDo this
    Edit the name of the theme
    1. Click the button in the title bar.
    2. Edit the details as required.
    3. Click the button.
    Recompile the theme so that your saved changes are applied
    1. Click the  button in the title bar.
    2. Select the Recompile option from the menu.
    Delete the theme
    1. Click the  button in the title bar.
    2. Select the Delete option from the menu.
    3. Click the  button.
    Create another theme with the same initial configuration as the current theme
    1. Click the  button in the title bar.
    2. Select the Create Similar option from the menu.
    Change the branding settings of the themeThe branding settings of the theme can be modified in the same way as when creating a theme, as follows:
    Manage the availability of the themeSee Managing resource availability using tags for instructions on how to do this.
    View jobs associated with the themeClick on the Information sub-tab.
    View and manage the related resources and UUIDs for the theme
    1. Click on the Information sub-tab. 
    2. In the Related Resources and UUIDs section, click the name of a related resource or UUID to manage it.

      Not all related resources and UUIDs can be managed; those which can be managed are indicated by their name or UUID appearing as a link.

    View any keys associated with the theme and add more if required
    1. Click on the Keys sub-tab. 
    2. To add a key, enter the required details and click the  button.

    View and edit the theme metadata
    1. Click on the Bootstrap sub-tab.
    2. Click the  icon below the metadata sections.
    3. Edit the metadata as required.
    4. Click the  button.

  5. Once you have finished managing the theme, click the  button to save your changes. To apply saved changes to a theme, you must recompile the theme following the instructions above.
