Flexiant Cloud Orchestrator provides a complete billing system which is split into two areas:

Metering

Flexiant Cloud Orchestrator provides Licensees and Billing Entities the ability to deliver granular metering capabilities.  The construction and charging mechanisms for these is based upon Products and Product Offers

Billing 

As well as metering what is used, Flexiant Cloud Orchestrator also offers the ability to bill for that usage, it includes

  • Invoicing
  • Credit Card/Merchant Integration
  • Credit Limits
  • Fraud Detection (including AVS, 3DS and Geo-IP)

All of these settings are customisable per Billing Entity, so different options can be configured on the same platform.  

External Billing System

If the Flexiant Cloud Orchestrator licensee has their existing billing platform or would prefer to use an external service, this can also be handled easily by Flexiant Cloud Orchestrator. Functionality to add this is available using the Admin API and Billing Entity Customisation.
